Our Workers

Raheela
Hazara Town, Quetta
Taking my first steps toward financial independence at a young age was a dream I never thought possible, especially in Quetta, where learning opportunities are limited. Completing the tailoring course at IDC Rozgar College empowered me to change my life. Now, I proudly provide my services at Bunnat, an initiative that champions the financial independence of women. This journey has been a source of immense pride and hope, enabling me to contribute to a cause that uplifts countless women like me.Â

Sana Peter
Christian Colony, Rawalpindi
I come from the Christian community. Many believe we can only do household jobs. But I always dreamed of doing more. Bunnat gave me that chance. After completing dress designing training at Rozgar College, I joined Bunnat as a seamstress. Today, I’m proud to earn a living by creating beautiful clothing. Working here has allowed me to break barriers, and I’m grateful for the support that helped me prove what I’m capable of.

Farah Naz
Khanna Pull, RawalpindiÂ
My name is Farah Naz, and I’ve always had a passion for learning new designs, but finding an opportunity was difficult due to the stigma around women working. However, IDC Rozgar College offered a secure, trusted environment, which helped my family feel comfortable and allowed me to pursue my learning there. Now, working with Bunnat, I’m experiencing the industry firsthand. I want my work to have its own identity, and with this extra income, I’m able to support my family and enjoy a bit more independence
